Hans Scheepers ist Partner bei Waterland in Bussum, Niederlande. Bevor er zu Waterland kam, war er Gründungsgeschäftsführer bei 1st Broadband, einem Telekommunikationsunternehmen im Vereinigten Königreich, wo er das Geschäftsführungsteam rekrutierte, externes Wachstumskapital aktivierte und Anfang 2004 den Verkauf des Unternehmens an einen größeren Akteur in der Branche organisierte. Bevor er 1st Broadband gründete, hat Hans Scheepers 4 Jahre bei MAST verbracht, einer Corporate Finance Boutique in London und Bosten für mittelständische Fusionen und Akquisen sowie Übernahmen. Hans Scheepers begann seine Laufbahn als Strategieberater bei Monitor Company in Amsterdam, wo er mit Kunden aus den Branchen für Pharmazeutik, Konsumgüter, professionelle und Finanzdienstleistungen zusammenarbeitete: Er hat einen Master in Betriebswirtschaft der Erasmus-Universität in Rotterdam, Niederlande.
