Tomek Karpiński est Senior Investment Manager chez Waterland à Varsovie (Pologne). Avant de rejoindre Waterland, il travaillait comme Associate chez EQT. Il a commencé sa carrière en tant qu’analyste chez Citigroup à Londres. Pendant ses études, il a effectué un stage chez Credit Suisse First Boston à Varsovie et chez Citigroup à Londres. Tomek est titulaire d’un master en services bancaires et finances de l’École des hautes études commerciales de Varsovie et d’un master en management international de la CEMS. Il a également participé à un programme d’échange à la Stockholm School of Economics et à l’Université de Heidelberg.
