Brussels, 7 February 2017 –Waterland Private Equity Investments will provide growth capital to Enhesa, a content provider on environment, health & safety regulations (‘EHS’).
Enhesa is specialized in tracking, compiling and interpreting EHS legislation and policies and is market leader with a product portfolio covering more than 250 jurisdictions. From its offices in Brussels, Washington and Tokyo, a team of 50 legal experts supports its international customers in analyzing the appropriate regulatory content. Through the Enhesa IT platform, customers have access to comprehensive EHS information in a user-friendly and structured way.
To accelerate its international growth strategy, Enhesa has decided to reinforce its capital structure with financial partner Waterland, who will actively support Enhesa’s management in implementing this growth strategy.
