Matt is an Associate at Waterland in Manchester (UK). Prior to joining Waterland, he spent over 2 years as an Analyst in the UK & Ireland Coverage Investment Banking team at Morgan Stanley, working on a variety of transactions ranging from corporate mergers, divestments and stake-builds to private equity acquisitions. Matt has also spent time working at KPMG Corporate Finance and BDO Corporate Finance in Manchester.

Matt holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham, in addition to the Vice Chancellor’s Medal and Award for Academic Excellence.
