Otravo (Online Travel Organization) is in begin 2014 ontstaan uit de fusie van Vliegtickets en WTC. In december 2015 is Schipholtickets aan het bedrijf toegevoegd. In februari 2016 heeft Waterland Private Equity een meerderheidsaandeel in Otravo genomen, met als doel om het een van de leidende Europese Online Travel Agencies te maken door een combinatie van organische groei en acquisities. Dit heeft geleid tot de acquisitie van Flygstolen (Nordics) in juli 2016, VakantieDiscounter (Benelux) in februari 2017 and Interneto Partneris (Baltics) in oktober 2017. Travelgenio is in mei 2018 toegevoegd aan de groep, met als resultaat dat Otravo een van de leidende online travel agents in het Europese segment werd.
Waterland staat Otravo bij in het realiseren van de groei doelstellingen.
