Donal Mac Nioclais is an Investment Director at Waterland in Dublin, Ireland. Previously, Donal was CEO of AER BIO, an Irish biotechnology startup, and Commercial Manager at Aquamarine Power, a Scottish renewable energy technology developer. He has also worked in consulting and sales roles with McKinsey & Company and Accenture. Donal holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Engineering from Dublin City University in Ireland and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Télécom SudParis in France.
