Paul Higgins is Senior Associate at Waterland in Manchester, UK since early 2019 and supported opening the Irish office later that year. Prior to joining Waterland, he worked in Accenture PLC as part of the Global Corporate Development team acquiring small to medium sized consultancies/ digital agencies across Europe, Latin America and Africa. Prior to this, he worked at Ernst & Young in the M&A, Business Modelling and Due Diligence teams servicing a wide range of clients and transaction types in Dublin, Ireland. Paul also worked in McQueen ltd. (subsequently acquired by Houlihan Lokey) in London and gained operational experience in food manufacturing and QSR/ restaurant franchise models in the US. Paul is a chartered accountant (ACA), holds an International BA Honours degree in Economics from University College of Dublin and took part in an exchange in Hong Kong University.
